MSMEs worldwide have a wider role in bringing inclusive prosperity in society and generating employment. To facilitate MSMEs in their function, Department of MSME works relentlessly towards ensuring credit supply, training and other infrastructure. However, availability of skilled manpower for them still remains a challenge. With this motivation, a comprehensive web portal has been designed to help MSMEs in finding skilled manpower throughout the state by streamlining their recruiting process at par with the corporate sector.

With this, another avenue of employment opens up for the hard working skilled youth of the state. Skill development remains incomplete unless a trainee finds a suitable work that helps her or him to learn, earn and grow adequately. This portal acts as a transparent platform for millions of young people of the state to find decent jobs locally through a wide range of opportunities as per their interest, skills and experience.

Aimed at creating alternative employment for youth, especially rural population and women, this effort aims at ensuring inclusive socio-economic development and leverages the potential of self-employment for employment generation.
